When you sign up for RollHire, we collect: your name, mobile number (for OTP login), city and area, primary skill, optional resume details (work history, education, additional skills), and—if you choose to verify—government ID images (Aadhaar / PAN). Employers additionally provide their business name, role, and contact details. None of this is sold.
Your profile data is shown to employers when you apply to their jobs. Mobile numbers are NEVER displayed publicly—employers contact you through the app. Location data improves job matching ("jobs near you") and is never tracked beyond your set city.
Government IDs are stored encrypted and used solely to verify your identity. They are not shared with employers; only a "Verified" badge is displayed. Documents are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
You can request account deletion at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We process deletions within 7 days. Job applications you submitted remain on the employer's side (we can't delete data we don't control) but anonymized within our system.
We use first-party cookies for session management and PostHog for anonymized usage analytics. No third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell tracking data.
RollHire is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
