RollHire is a job marketplace connecting blue-collar workers and employers in India. We do not employ workers ourselves; we facilitate introductions. Employment terms are between you and the employer directly.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure (OTP not shared) and for the accuracy of profile information. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed.
You may not: post fake jobs, charge applicants money to apply, demand documents beyond what's reasonable for the role, harass other users, or use the platform for illegal activity. Violations result in account suspension.
The "Verified" badge means we've checked the government ID provided. It does NOT guarantee an employer is honest, a candidate is qualified, or any particular outcome. Use your judgment.
Free for job seekers, always. Employers receive 1,000 free points on signup (good for 2 job posts). Additional points cost ₹500 per 500 points (one job post). Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
RollHire is not liable for: hiring decisions, employment outcomes, wage disputes, workplace incidents, fraud by listed employers, or any damages from app downtime. We provide the platform "as is".
Indian law applies. Disputes are subject to courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and email at least 14 days in advance.
